Full analytical workflow for health research: study questions, data types, descriptive statistics, visualization, inference, regression, survival analysis, diagnostic accuracy, missing data, causal thinking, and reproducible reporting with Quarto. No statistics background required.
ML4HOR – Machine Learning for Health Outcomes with R
Complete supervised learning workflow, plus clustering for patient phenotyping and subgroup discovery. Emphasis on validation, leakage prevention, calibration, interpretability, and clinical relevance.
SURV4CR – Survival Analysis for Clinical Research with R
Full time-to-event workflow: censoring, Kaplan-Meier, log-rank tests, Cox regression, proportional hazards diagnostics, competing risks, RMST, survival machine learning, and temporal phenotyping.
METAR – Conducting Meta-Analysis with R
Complete evidence-synthesis workflow: review question, extraction table, effect sizes, fixed- and random-effects models, heterogeneity, forest plots, moderators, publication bias, and certainty of evidence.
FAQ
Can I take just one course? Yes, each course is self-contained and registered/paid separately.
